Liberation from Addiction
Addiction is not a moral failing, character defect, or shortcoming for which we are powerless and need a higher power to overcome. Addiction is an existential problem to which we have unwittingly given our power. Once we are aware that we have power, it is our responsibility to use that power to create the life we want to create, one in which addiction has no place. Through connection, community, and a deep dive into ourselves, we can achieve liberation from addiction and live. This course re-examines the traditional 12-steps with new, empowering steps to liberation.
For this course, you will need a journal and approximately 20-30 minutes to dedicate to each module. Additionally, there are PDF documents for you to download to continue the path.
I’m excited to have you join me on this path to liberation.
